Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting The Killer Queen Co-Op! Each of our pieces are made by hand, with care and attention to detail. Because of the nature of handmade work, we want to be transparent about our refund and replacement policy.

 

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final sale.
Each piece is unique — small variations in color, shape, or texture are part of its handmade character and are not considered defects.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, custom orders, or minor variations in appearance.

 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging each order to ensure it arrives safely.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once we review the issue, we’ll offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement (if the same or similar item is available), or

  • A store credit equal to the value of the damaged item

Refunds are only issued in rare cases where a replacement or credit is not possible.

 

3. Lost Packages

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier after your order leaves our studio.

 

4. Custom Orders

Custom or personalized pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the rare event of damage during shipping.
We will stay in close communication during the custom process to ensure your satisfaction before the item ships.
