2. Handmade Products
Each of our pieces is handcrafted, which means no two are exactly alike. Small variations in color, size, or texture are completely natural — and part of what makes each item special.
We do our best to describe and photograph each piece accurately, but colors may appear differently on different screens.
3. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
Payment is due at checkout using one of the accepted payment methods listed on our site.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (for example, if an item is out of stock, there’s a pricing error, or payment can’t be processed).
4. Shipping
Shipping costs are estimated at checkout and confirmed before your order ships.
We carefully package each piece to ensure it arrives safely.

5. Returns & Damaged Items
All sales are final.
Because each piece is handmade, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and item. We’ll work with you to make it right.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including product photos, descriptions, designs, and logos — belongs to The Killer Queen Co-Op and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We take great care in creating, describing, and shipping our products. However, The Killer Queen Co-Op is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use (or misuse) of our website or products.
Your use of our website and products is at your own risk.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Williamson County, Texas.
