1. Shipping Costs
Because each order is unique, shipping costs are estimated at checkout and may vary based on size, weight, and destination.
Once your order is packed, we’ll confirm the final shipping cost with you before it ships.
We currently ship within the United States. If you’re outside this area, please reach out — we’re happy to provide a custom shipping quote.
2. Processing and Delivery
Each piece is carefully wrapped and prepared for shipment. Please allow 5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way.
Please note: delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location.
3. Damaged Shipments
We do our best to package everything securely, but ceramics can be fragile.
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Include:

Photos of the packaging and damaged item
We’ll make it right — whether through a replacement, store credit, or another solution.
4. Final Sales
All sales are final. Each piece is handmade, which means slight variations in color, texture, and shape are completely natural — and part of what makes every item one-of-a-kind.
